Welcome to the service workshop of Chronos Manufactures, manufacturer of the Swiss watch brands Andre Belfort, Chrono Diamond, Mathieu Legrand, Mathis Montabon, Richtenburg and Hindenberg.

Care and maintenance

Your watch is designed to stand the test of time. It will accompany you for a lifetime, artfully and accurately telling the time, provided you have it serviced at regular intervals. How often your watch needs servicing depends on its use and the environment in which it is worn.

Water resistance, for example, can be affected by worn seals or accidental shocks. For this reason, we recommend that you check the water resistance once a year and have a complete service carried out every 2 years. Our service centre will be happy to receive your watch and answer any questions you may have.

Repair and spare parts

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it can happen that your watch suffers damage, for example due to a fall. In this case, our service centre offers you all repair services around the clock. After a comprehensive check of your watch by our watchmakers, we will offer you the best possible solution - even outside the warranty period, of course.

Simply fill out our service form and we will contact you immediately. Of course, you also have the option of purchasing individual spare parts from us. You can order bracelets directly in our shop, for other spare parts please contact us.

Manuals

Correct operation of your clock is important for complete functioning. Therefore, we recommend that you read the operating instructions carefully before using your watch for the first time. For any questions, please contact us via E-mail at service@chronos-manufactures.ch

Certain types of damage are excluded from the warranty.

If repair is not possible, the watch will be replaced with an equivalent model. A purchase receipt with date is mandatory for warranty repair requests.
